Elizabeth & Chris -- Engagement

We had planned to meet up with Elizabeth and Chris a while back, but we had to reschedule due to rain. We thought we were going to have to do the same thing today but the rain held off! We met at Callaway Gardens and had a fun time with these two! We are sad that we will not be able to shoot their wedding in May, but I know it will be a beautiful day! Here are some of our favorite pictures and their slideshow!

Me -- In Action

What a fabulous Christmas we had! Our first Christmas as a married couple! We spent it with my family and enjoyed every minute! My husband completely spoiled me with some awesome gifts and some photography stuff I've been wanting! One of my Christmas gifts from my husband was a Shootsac! I've been wanting one of these for a while to carry my camera gear in during photo shoots. I used it for the first time today and I love it. It is a lot better than the huge bag I've been carrying! Here are a couple of shots Mario got of me in action today! And no....I didn't purposefully match my bag!



I also got this book that I have just started reading called "Fast Track Photographer" by Dane Sanders.

McKinney Family

I met up with the McKinney family today for a quick session before the sun went down. These two boys are naturals in front of the camera. I couldn't believe how they were workin' it! I love this family with all of my heart and can't wait to do it again when we've got more sunlight!!!! Here are some of my favorites and their slideshow! April's Testimony

Last week I met up with the Preston's to work on a project for church. Brian Preston used some photos I shot of his family to create this video that was shown before our pastor spoke this week. It is awesome and I know it touched the hearts of so many people. The Christmas series at Crossroads Church is about how God wants to have a personal relationship with each one of us. We met up with Lorie and Matt this weekend for their engagement session. They braved the freezing weather and bundled up in between shoots. We are excited for their wedding next March.

I Love Mail!

I love getting mail! I like the anticipation of opening the mailbox and hoping that you are going to find something great! Some days the only thing awaiting me in the mailbox is bills. But today.....was like a mailbox Christmas! Our new business cards came in the mail today and I was so excited to get them! There was also a package that I didn't recognize....Mario ordered me a surprise and I opened the package to find this cute camera graphic tee from Delia's! I love it! It was a shirt that Katherine wore in some of her senior portraits that we took a few weeks ago! We've got more engagement sessions coming up in the next few weeks so keep checking back!

Cassie & Jason - Engagement Session

Yesterday we met up with Cassie and Jason in Auburn. We went to downtown Opelika and Auburn University to take their pictures. Afterwards they showed us where they will be getting married and it is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever seen! We had a lot of fun with them yesterday and cannot wait until their wedding on May 30! Here are a few of their pictures and their slideshow at the end!
